Returns

* Only Replacement will be provided in case of damage or the wrong product is delivered to the customer.

* If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a replacement within 7 Working days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that are simply not to the customer's liking.

Gunnu Inc offers a 30 day, no-questions-asked, replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Gunnu Inc will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

Warranty

6 Months warranty includes only print defects. Physical damage/Wear & tear issues are NOT included.

Shipping

Cancellation

In 24 Hrs. customers can initiate the cancellation & once the cancellation is approved after 3 working days refund will be processed and in 5-7 working days the amount would be reflected in the customer's bank account.

Refund

In 7 days/ customers can initiate the Refund & once the refund is approved, and 2 working days refund will be processed and in 5-7 working days the amount would be reflected in the customer's bank account, via net banking, Paytm wallet uses for a refund.
